Aircraft Hire

Need to build hours without breaking the bank? Our Jabiru UL120 is the perfect solution! The Jabiru is a safe and inexpensive aircraft to fly. We can negotiate pricing based on your requirements.

 

Conversions

We can help you get a TMG (touring motor glider) rating. Lost your medical? Can you only fly LSA? We can help you get back in the sky with an NPL license which is more lenient on medicals.

Do you operate during Covid-19?
Yes we do! Even during lockdown, flying is permitted as long as:
- Flying is only for training purposes
- Symptoms are checked before each flight
- Hands are sanitised before each flight
- Both persons in the cockpit wear masks
How old do I need to be to get a license?
You only need to be 16 years old. Yes, you read that correctly!
How much does it cost to get a license?
It depends on how many flight hours it takes you complete your license and how many times you need to redo your exams. A budget of R50 000 is more than enough to get your license.
Are you a flight school?
No we are not. Our aircraft and instructors are registered at Aviatech Potchefstroom Flight School and we operate through them.
Where are you based?
We are based and operate out of Potchefstroom. We do not have offices, our office is the runway ;)
How do I start?
Easy! Drop us a message and come take your introductory flight tomorrow! Flying is limited to allowable weather conditions.
What do I need to do to get my license?
- 30 Hours flight time
- Pass 7 exams (important and interesting subjects)
- A radio license
- English proficiency
